Hold Feature

Preserves system pressure and conserves purge air by closing the purge exhaust valve when the compressor unloads or is on standby. The cycle then resumes when compressor flow returns.

Switching Failure Monitor

Includes LED and remote contact. Allows immediate notification of any disruption of operation cycle for quick response.

Controllers for HL Series Dryers

Standard Controller Included on models HL-200 through -2500 Touchpad controller with real-time status display includes cycle sequence LEDs for each step in the drying cycle to show which tower is drying, which is regenerating and when the dryer is purging. Also includes a hold feature and a switching failure monitor with LED and contact.

Cycle Saver

Included on models HL-3000 and larger Optional on models under 3000 scfm
Includes switching failure monitor LED and contact. Adjusts purge to actual moisture load conditions for maximum savings, lowest operating cost and a -40°F dew point. Optional UL rated control available.

EMCON II® Optional on all models

Energy management control adjusts purge to actual moisture load conditions for maximum savings, lowest operating cost and a -40°F dew point. Includes features of Cycle Saver, plus tower drying and regenerating LEDs, high humidity LED and contact and in/out pressure gauges. Optional UL rated control available.
